Jay’s Sharpening Service is a locally owned and operated business known as the preferred provider of sharpening services, repairs, and sales of professional cutlery and supplies aimed towards the local food service industry in Las Vegas since 1975. We also provide mobile service, knife exchange services, cutting board resurfacing and slicer maintenance service.

We are a member of ACF Chefs Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. Jay's Sharpening is licensed and insured with a business liability policy to ensure protection for the hotels and restaurants we serve.
